For eligible non-fault claims, you should not have to pay an excess or hidden service fees. The claim costs are usually recovered from the at-fault insurer, and your advisor will explain this before anything is arranged.
If your vehicle is written off, we can still help with a suitable replacement vehicle and support you through the settlement process, including the insurer discussions around your vehicle's value.
